| Hey all, Of everything I have used the papaya has been to most helpful. I use it in a topical solution, drink the juice and make soap out of it and use the skin on sores. Here's some new info: Papaya seeds are used worldwide to kill nematode type worms. Here's a good link on the validity of this http://www.liebertonline.com/doi/abs...9/jmf.2005.065 Walmart has the large papayas which are full of seeds. I understand drying them and grinding them in a pepper mill is one way to take them. I am just chewing them up. They are spicy rather like horseradish. I see that they are used by vets for animals as well....prayers...Linda |

| Linda I think there is definitely something to papaya. I bought one after you talked about it. I had a great uncle who drank papaya juice every morning. He was the picture of health well into his 80's. ( He died after getting hit riding his bike to get a morning newspaper.) . Do you dry the seeds by toasting them in the oven? Linda

| Love hearing about any fruit or vegetable that helps. I'm adding papaya to my shopping list this morning. I have a juicer, so will juice it all. Does everyone think it would be a good idea to eat whatever fruits, etc. in the form of whole foods at different times than taking the other things such as H202, salt, etc. since it also might be negated or in conflict? I'll bet we can get this down to a science and collectively write a book. Chester could put it together, but it would be a group project. what is Morgellonswatch? Are they like that quack police website? Kritts |

| Hi Linda, I have been eating the papaya seeds fresh. I just keep them in a covered container in the refrigerator. I don't know exactly the best method for drying them. I will look into it. I am sure low heat or air dehydration is preferrable in order to preserve enzymes. One thing I have found...papaya really keeps well if kept cold. It's kind of like melon in that respect. I am using it in alot of ways and find it is very helpful. Heck, the schnauzer even likes it. Pineapple is helpful too. In Mexico the combination of papaya and pineapple is used to treat parasites....prayers...Linda |
