I have taken many of these things, but have never been this dilligent about it. I am waiting on a lyme test and am determined to get my health back. I had found Dr Klinghardt's protocol, but this is so clear that it could be followed.
I may just have to buckle down and do this. If I could just combine this with a rife lamp and use the setting from the other site!
