Hey SS, instead of breaking up that thread, I just moved it here instead, for sake of simplicity. I thought about posting some info, for long timers like you, but I really could not justify it.

So I thought I would try to just sneak in again lol.

To make a long story short, I got injured helping some people out, who needed a bit of more help due to the economic turmoil. I ended up with a very painful pinched nerve in my shoulder and my whole left arm was in pretty bad shape for a couple of months.

I am in better shape these days, still have some pain, but not so bad, rehabbing it now.

Looking forward to talking to some old friends again, and meeting new ones.

Sorry to hear of your injury Franky.
This is a very good cream for immflamation
Heel BHI, Traumeel Ointment, 3.53 oz (100 g) - iHerb.com
Its expensive but you only need a little bit, the arnica is what i beleive to me the main beneficial ingrediant. You may be able to find it cheaper but Ive used iherb before and very quick shipping.

Also a good osteopath or chiropracter( along with massage) can sometimes be much better with a pinched nerve prob as opposed to physical therapy.

Hey there, thank you very much for the information, I will give it a try. It was, is, my first major injury thank god, so I was even hesitant to mention it.

Thankfully with time and rest most of the burning pain has subsided, but nevertheless I don't recommend anybody getting a pinched anything, but a butt.

Franky I hope you are/were seeing someone professional for that injury! It could even be more serious than you think. I know how you men like to tough it out.

Anyway I wanted to say the cream is the one to get ,they also have the gel and the pills you take interally I have not tried either of those.

whats great about the cream too is it has no smell and is not greasy or will not stain your clothes. You can use it at work and around people . I used it for years and i think its far superior to the other sports creams like tiger balm ect..

Getting a pinched butt could lead to other more dangerous things.

Default Sorry for Hijacking.....need support in numbers

For anyone who is suffering from Morgellons, who has been discounted by doctors, family members, and feels compelled to not only find relief for yourself, but for the other people out there suffering I beckon you- come to Oklahoma. See what is taking place. You may call me at 580-977-4629. I am not afraid, and will not be intimidated.

I am not a crank, just someone who doesn't know when to quit.

My onset was possibly organic, but what has happened to me....well, if you have the means, come and see.

AND STAY AWAY FROM WAL-MART.

Much love to all of you out there. This is a real opportunity to make a difference-not just in your own life but in the lives of others. Do not hide in the shadows. We are not freaks, we are people. And we all count.

WHO WILL SEE? WHO WILL BELIEVE? Morgellons is real, fund OSU and the foundation. Help doctor Wymore. Help researchers. Help troops and nurses and teachers with this disease. United we will be heard. This is your chance....

Sorry Franky that you hurt your foot. I know when I borke my left foot it was not fun. Even twists, sprains, or muscle injuries can be quite a bit to deal with too.

You are most intelligent and rescourceful. I am REALLY glad to know you are back. If you had not made this place I do not known what I would have done.
