Cooking Board?

Hey ladies and gentalman. Would you think having a board for things like healthy cooking and meals would benefit the gang here?

This something I would love to read about and contribute to! Not only does it get me eating better but I love to explore the food/body conection AND it takes my mind off of the obvious. OK, its anger. LOL! I could have said something else, but that wouldnt be me.

If I listen to that small voice I can go with the flow. The body knows what it needs. I was just talking to a friend with Morgs and we discussed food, vitamins, different combinations that fit the body when going through, say a Fungus problem.

THis could be a great help. Anyone else??? I know theres gonna be alot of comments. COOL BEANS!!

I usually don't use recipes but will start figuring out the measurements.

I didn't cook for 3+ years because of the "Morgellons". Fast simple recipes would be nice.
