Re: New Baords Franky...I think that sounds like a good idea...you really are great to
give of your time and attention like you do...that goes for Bubba too...and maybe the insect aspects will get a parasitologist interested in our board, to prove us right or prove us wrong, or just help somehow in the investigation of
these creatures...I would be interested in hearing what symptoms that other people's pets have...my dog in the beginning had these little whitish things in his fur that looked almost like a little "Y", but I don't see them anymore...but I can hardly comb through his hair....he was recently bathed and combed, and already is so matted...small matts next to the skin, like something was trying to weave his hair....you can't see the matts until you try to comb through it, and the hair has to be pulled out before it will comb through...there is something in it, too...that looks like a little dandruff or speck, but under a microscope, I think it resembles a worm...I took him to the vet several months ago about 4 times and even had samples to send to the vet lab in town which only showed...debris...imagine that...so I am reluctant to take him again to ask about this...and not to mention that I absolutely cannot afford to...this whole thing is nerveracking...I am still having trouble with the sinuses and lungs and teeth disentigrating...I will end up with dentures after having really good teeth until now...this is crap and I am sick of it...I actually wrote a parasitologist that I found on the net, to ask if he would be interested in identifying some specimens to do with this...he never responded to my email...a reply saying "NO" would have been nice...but just to ignore me even bothers me more...he had offered in his "curriculum Vitae" to help identify parasites if needed...guess it was just for doctors...and vets...actually he was not a parasitologist, but a professor that taught parasitology, and had a lengthy resume of credits...maybe he will change his mind...just wish someone would take an interest...I would think that doctors should have some type of curiosity to still discover new things...but I guess they get caught up in the ratrace called life...too...just wish they knew the ratrace that we were dealing with...not your ordinary ratrace...much worse...much much worse... |
