Sammy only a few things worked for me with scalp lesions. First you have to pick open the fake scab. I,m speaking form my experience only. The lesion outgasses ,meaning its building pressure and that makes it feel worse. For me that is what caused the constant ache and itching pain. I used always my fingernail and raked across it until it was opened. Yes this hurts but it subsides in a minute way better than the months of waiting for it to heal if it even would. It rarely ever bled unless I went to far. The scabs are not real in the sense of it being a blood scab. Its more a a clear liquid changing to grayish brown scab. Once opened then I would roughly rub in either salt or garlic powder or garlic salt or cumin spice. But the last two I had I used cortizone and that worked best at least at that point. After that I only had two small noduals or bumps that I opened and did then same with cortizone and they healed in only two days instead of becoming lesions themselves. When I rubbed in salt I could usually leave it on for an hour then dab warm water to lesson the pain. With either the salt or garlics I had to do this daily for 8 to 14 days to close them up as healed. With the cortizone two times. I know the box or tube of cortizone says not to use on open wounds. Well it didn,t kill me or make me sick or fall off the edge of our flat earth either. If I had a opened and deep gash then I would have been concerned about using it that way. My hateful lessions were never larger than a nickle and usually pencil erraser sized. But boy are they sure a hurtful thing.
