I hope you don't mind me asking, but I am desperate: what kind of doctor (or PPO network) did you go to to be able to see Dr. Staninger?
What did you say to your physician (i.e. what disease do you have) in order to get them to listen to you?
Kaiser refuses to sign the referral form that is mandatory in order to see Dr. Staninger. Please give me any advice you can. Thank you.

Another point is that 95% or more of the costs associated with the protocol that brought me to health consists of things available in health food stores or online supplement outlets. It's a crying shame how this very effective method has been demonized, and the people supporting it because of their own recoveries get repeatedly attacked.
