Like I said in my pm, this disease can be considered expensive, well only to those of us who are broke.
..... but for our children, its well worth spending the xtra for veggies instead of chips.... preparing our meals instead of going through the drive through...... juicing/ and or buying organic fresh pressed for the kids instead of sugar filled 'juice drinks'. Building our immune systems up and our babies.... watch out for the milk too...
I know first hand, if mommy is suffering also, its harder to follow this, especially if there's brain fog, and no one who believes you or there to help.
Diet has a great impact on morg... and is worth the effort.
