I dread bedtime. I take codeine painkillers for itching/joint pain, and add a shot of scotch in a warm drink for sleep. At times I drift off into brain fog. Once I'm asleep a train could come by and not wake me up.
I get the water thing. I drink a litre like I used to drink a cup, in a couple minutes and I need more. Thirsty all the time.
Maybe it likes certain body chemistry. Has anyone compared blood types? I am O positive.
