For awhile I had numbness on the left hand on one side only. It went away and I am not sure what made it better.
I take a lot of supplements and will never know which one stopped it. I am just thankful that it went!
Janice I don't get the charlie horses in my feet so much, but have had them in my left hand, strange! Of course I get them from time to time in the calf of my leg. I think TC might be right about the potassium. for a while I had high potassim but it went back to normal. So many weird symptoms with this condition.
Some of the things I experience are just that...weird! One day I woke up and discovered I could not step up the stairs from my den into the kitchen area. My leg simply would not lift. I had to hang on to the counter (thank goodness the edge comes around to the step section) and pull with all my might to get up. Scared the c--p out of me. I still can't climb stairs without help. This is life changing, no doubt about that.
I sold my business and gave up a very active life style and almost became a recluse. Today I am much better than I was when this all began......when did this start? That is a good question. Peace and love to you all, DD
