Default what we eat ..

No lack of appetite in our house -
breakfast (not everything everyday)
organic gluten free bread / toast
organic or lactose free plain yogurt, can't find "organic lactose free"
or gluten free Natures Path cereal, Mesa Sunrise is my fav; or organic free range eggs, 1 x week
organic peanut butter - crave it - eat way too much
raisins; bananas (have to have)
organic coffee / gotta have it/ organic cream when I can find it
top of the line vitamin mineral complex

Lunch
homemade organic homous -rice crackers/rice cakes/ locally made organic tortilla chips
avocado - have to have
aged cheeses, celery etc
more raisins, seeds, nuts,

supper
organic greens, cucumber, tomatoes, raw broccoli
cooked local shrimp or frozen scallops or organic chicken
occasionally grass fed beef from a local farmer
I don 't cook veges - blech- but my daughter does at times so I have to eat them
I buy and she makes vege burgers, Amy's Texan
I make homemade lentil or bean soups
we eat brown rice vermicelli with thai sauce and very thin veges; or brown rice
dandelion coffee when I can find a good one. I go through it so fast.
local honey and maplesyrup in or on things

When I am stressed:
Baileys and milk, Ben and Jerry's - hey its got no GMOs; sesame snaps, really good chocolate, too many nuts; scotch sparingly

I CRAVE naturally sparkling mineral water. I drink about a liter a day. Apollonaris (sp?) is the best I have found. Others are modified in some way or owned by Nestle and I won't buy Nestle.

Ciao!

Tylee - are you off dairy too? A close friend recently started adding organic cream and organic butter to her diet as she has been sick and is too thin. Seems good for her.
