Also, I just wanted to say that you do not have to buy a FIR sauna yourself to experience it - that is definitely a huge expense. There are places like alternative health centers or Naturopathic Dr offices or gyms that rent out time in a FIR sauna. You could try it out for yourselves for a small amount of money to see whether it helps or not. That's what I do. |
