Seasprite -

It's possible you just have some food intolerances. My gut is infected with pathogenic bacteria and mold and yeast, and it caused me to get "leaky gut". I had around 80 food intolerances at one time. It would cause me physical body symptoms from eating these foods (it caused rashes and other skin symptoms for me). If you can afford it, try getting tested for food intolerances. If you can't, then the only way you can figure this out would be an elimination diet. You should cut out all foods that bother you for now.
