Welcome back!!

I drink dairy but mainly only cultured things like real kefir. I was thinking of trying raw milk too. Back in the day... Mayo Clinic used to use raw milk as a healing therapy. You can buy it in California, but not everywhere. Goats milks, raw, is also supposed to be very good. But it really depends on how the goat is raised whether or not it has an icky, goaty taste, lol.

My brown spots used to rub off too. The GSE made them come off even more.

GSE is grapefruit seed extract.
