My boyfriend and I are both inflicted with this horrible nightmare. We have both taken several rounds of antibiotics. Bactrim seemed to work the best for us. We have also taken medications to kill the parasites within our intestines (Endo Cleanse0 We use NutraSilver as well as UV3 lights. Various cremes and lotions(Nivea Creme) has worked best for us. We spray a disinfected called (All Stop). The combination of all these things along with good house keeping practices has helped us get the upper hand with this menis we all call Morgellons.
