I just found out that my white count has dropped (again). I am working on the external and internal things. I really wish I could afford all organic. I buy it whenever I can. I understand that regular grocery stores carry some products. I get my peanut butter from Kroger. Quote:

The only reason I said that is because I have read comments from so many ppl (not just here) who are soooo sick and not getting better after months and months, even years, and when I check a lot fo them are only doing external things. I feel very sad when I see that. So I wrote that in case someone comes here and thinks, "wow, I'll get that cream and I'll be all better." I think it sounds great to get the cream. I just hope they will also do some internal things - even if only cutting out all the food w chemicals, etc.  I just want us all well now. |  |
