What I gather from it is that a lab and Joseph Schulman, Gerald Loeb and
Philip Troyk, all sciebtists invented a neural prosthesis for spinal injuries and such. It consists of small nano tech stimulators that can be controlled via a radio signal.
David Larsen (the author) claims he was "assaulted" and the implants were placed in him.
He further contends that J Shulman has a series of radio repeater sites all over his neighborhood to control and monitor his implants.
His evidence....
He has pictures that look like the stuff you guys post, and he presents them next to line drawings of the implants (Supposedly from patent drawings I guess) and their functions.
He has traced the Shulman Fcc records and claims all the repeaters are registered to Shulman or his wife, or an old aqquaintance of SHulman who he contacted, and said his Ham radio set was dismantled and he hasn't used his FCC number.
I never saw his explanation as to why "HE " was infected or assaulted, or what his relationship to these scientists may be.
I also don't see how this would explain the seemingly randomness of Morgellon's as far as global distribution, the fact that sometimes a family will get it , and sometimes not but one person.
Either this guy is a little paranoid, or there is a group that is monitoring and controlling these things, or they tried to and it got away from them.
That's the gist I got on a once read over. The paper isn't "official", it's a private statement about an opinion, and I see a lot of unanswered questions left hanging.
It is interesting though.
