 No Steroids
Steroids apparently make this stuff much stronger. Don't use them.
I find that when I have severe itching -- particularly in the middle of the night, I can spray J.R. Watkins Apothecary Menthol Camphor on the area and get relief. I found the little gold spray can in my Ralph's supermarket in an area for breathing products in the over the counter pharmacy shelves. It was less than $10.00. You can also buy it online at Watkinsonline.com. It contains eucalyptus, camphor and thymol. Prior to discovering this product about 3 weeks ago, I applied ivermectin horse paste to itchy areas. Horse paste can be bought for $3.00 a tube from farm and livestock supply places (if you lie about owning a farm). |
