I recently started taking "Source Naturals Wellness Formula" which contains zinc and a host of other herbs that I had been taking separately. This is gross to say, but, pride aside, twice since taking this, I had crumbs in my stool. It looked like breadcrumbs. Once, I passed a stool with a white glob attached (it looked alien). Also, I have found, that they hate horehound which is in this formula. I paid $22.35 for 240 capsules (Vitacost.com). Not promoting, just wanted to reference it.
In addition I have been taking garlic 1200 mg (for high blood pressure).

Directions
