 Bone Pain
Dear girl MSM, do not go crazy with it but a tea spoon in the morning and a teaspoon at night makes the old man able to RUN hard like the wind with no pain and and and, here is a wonder, do you breath shallow, does it feel like you have to force a deep breath and even though it goes thru the motion do you feel as though there was no air in that breath, take MSM and you will also breath well. I had my gall bladder ripped from my chest a 12 inch scar. they sew the cut meat to overlap reducing the ability for you to breath, but before I got the operation the breathing was strained, MSM changed that, it also not only made me a gazzel that could run while I took the MSM it took the pain away, I am not as good without taking it, but it healed me and took much of the pain away. I AM THINKING ABOUT TAKING IT AGAIN AS THE HANDS ARE HURTING AND THE LEGS HAVE LIKE CRAMPS, woops capitals, I will take it again for two weeks to see if it alleviates the issues. It is cheap to buy, a big bad 1 pound for 10 dollars, the key words for a search is, MSM American made bag, other wise you will be paying 20 dollars for a bottle and getting Chinese MSM.
STOP STOP, i do not want to hear you take it in your glucosamine condroiten capsel, they do not use enough MSM, throw those capsels in the garbage. Oh no I just realized I can't spell corectly, LOL  |
