 I have used ZINC
DESITIN ORIGINAL, 40% ZINC OXIDE, This also SOFTENS the scar skin around the lesions especially if wrapped under plastic wrap!
The other melter of lesion white plastic is the lowly box of BAKING SODA, it hurts quite a bit when it starts working, but it works wonders.
I will try the zinc at some point, but if it burns bad and costs more than baking soda I would do the backing soda, OR try them both, and use them both.
