I just found your statement and want to mention that for close to 3 months I've been being bit, itching and feel bugs crawling on me. I began a strict diet with no alcohol, sugar, grain, cheese...etc.
A few nights back I had to break loose from this rigid dieat and had some cheap Riesling white wine. By the end of dinner, all symptoms of biting/stinging/itching were GONE! I had 3 days where I felt like a normal person again.
Symptoms are now coming back. I think I'm going out to get a bottle of wine to test this again.
