 Taking a shower

Likewise, I now only use plain white tea towels, which can be washed and bleached easily in the morning and evening after bathing. I also use a cream after first drying (as the critters/fibres or whatever, seem to come out of skin in certain places (in my case mostly shoulders, hips and face) after about 10 mins after soaking in bath. I rub well to get them out of skin and then rinse again well and then apply good medicated cream, DSP or similar. I have also found an old fashioned remedy in England called Zambuk, and this has helped with a couple of spots on chin and seems to draw things out of face and heal. It has some very good ingredients such as Eucalyptus oil Thyme oil, camphor pine oil beeswax etc. It is in a handy small tin and works out quite expensive but just another ointment that might help us.
