no it is not cottony , these r micro worms and filaments the same as the ones i remove with kefir or similar applied onto the skin and they r sort of sticky, plasticky ...u can hardly remove them from the bath once the water is gone they attach onto the surface so hard and so quick....
the only cottony form r these white balls -- pls see attach. I keep finding in my environment clothes etc. but I never pulled them from the face |
