Thanks TCM... Yeah, I realized after I posted what TCM meant. I'm on Chinese herbs too to just support the whole body.
I don't think my herpes is being triggered by poisoned food. It could be the lemons though. I did note the way the outbreaks were coming on the tail of each other. I'm stopping the citrus and will see where that goes.
