EXACTLY! I guess it takes discipline at first, but once you have done that even a short while that stuff will gross you out. Plus when you are so sick, and once you become aware that even a few weeks off that stuff will HUGELY improve symptoms then you will be happy to stop.
I find if you pick a few really healthy things to pig out on, if you need to, things that taste so decadently good you dont know they are so healthy, then it is easy. I have some of those foods. They are not necessarily low cal, but they are TOTALLY healthy and taste so good it takes away cravings for unhealthy.
Weirdly enough, even cut up organic oranges, as long as they are good ones, take away sugar cravings.
