I said I was going to do the Atkins diet--NOT! Morgellons love to eat, so I am starving them, and lose the extra weight it made me gain in the process. I usually don't eat much until this came. I am doing my one meal a day, that's how I usually live most days because usually I'm never hungry. I will keep updates of my progress here with how much I've lost and changes I've noticed.
