I agree about the baking soda baths. I did those right from the start. But I also did Epsom salt, and any other kind of salt - sometimes w oils or various Dr. Bronner's soaps mixed in.
Just run the water, add the salt, and/or baking soda, and/or oils, and/or Dr. Bronner's (sold at Target and various other places) and soak in there for hours. I probably did 10 to 20 hours a day of soaking when I first got this. I often even fell asleep in ther - only to wake cus I had fallen and was breathing in the water. But I think that is one of the reasons i am doing as well as I am.
(I think the other reasons are the supplements/nutrition, the pharmaceuticals, and my mom's prayers. A mom's prayers are more powerful than average prayers.
