People vs. EPA, just like the recent Cali lawsuit for the 30K honeybees, you threaten to sue the EPA for alowing usage of IT, they 'say' they'll quit/ban it,- then, we'd go on to fight Chem Trails, Swine Flu Vaccines - there are numerous vectors posted on here - but this in pesticides in easier to prove and easier to sue to protect against usage of.
You'd go against the mfg direct, if there were proof for litigation (testing thread type strains), that's class action or whatever, for money...I'm talking Cali honeybees-type action first, cuz getting as much of IT stopped as possible, is next to me, now that I know People are going to be OK. (we are.)

Bee, I've got a plan, others are making some big noise right now, too. Things are happening...
WE are OK now, that was Priorty #1 - we can just keep taking our own respective fixes once a year until we can get IT stopped/get IT out of the food supply/fix things, like the whole earth. We'll just keep healing ourselves and protect each other from more of IT, until we can get it all fixed...
