I have had lesions on my face, but I used a product called sunspot es and sometimes I used curaderm bec 5. Fortunately these products allowed the skin to heal without really visible scars. The curaderm is very expensive, but at times I had to alternate it with the sunspot es. Curaderm is used for skin cancer and the other for those brown spots which sometimes develop on the skin as we photoage. All I can say is that it worked for my morgellons lesions in these areas. And the critters hated both of these products. I have scars in other areas like arms and legs, but these are easier to cover with clothing. Right now, no new lesions and praying it stays that way this spring. I usually have one or two by now, so crossing fingers that my TCM formulas work to make it hard for these fellas to reproduce in the skin. When I treated the lesions in the past, I was always on some sort of herbal formulas as I think this helps the external treatments to work better and faster.
