Zinc does seem to help, sometimes even better than my neem shampoo.
I use the store brand of Head & Shoulders because it costs less.
Pyrithione Zinc is the ingredient in this shampoo. It does sting a little but works better than Selsun Blue in my experience. I alternate among the three
shampoos and it seems to not lose its effectiveness.
Leave it on as long as you can stand it in the shower.
