Hi SeaSprite, I just wanted to clarify w you... Are you saying cultured milk products make it worse? If it is kefir I am wondering if you are using something that is not really kefir.
Are you using the pre-made grocery store kinds that have flavors? i would never drink those. I know they have all kinds of additives, sugars, probably even GMO corn syrup. I can't remember what is in them, but I know I've read the label and so do not go near them. Same thing w most yogurts. But if the yogurt is homemade, or if it is plain I eat those kinds.
For the kefir, I make my own from kefir grains - not the mixes. But I do sometimes buy the store kind which is totally different, but tastes so good. But, I never buy anything w flavors, sweeteners, additives, etc. Only plain, no sweeteners, no hormones, etc.
So, I am just curious if THOSE are the kinds that make you worse. I have not noticed them affecting me in a bad way. I actually feel they have helped me. Please let me know. Thanks.
