thanks for the links Hurtin. I think making your own sauna is a great idea. There is one thing the person should investigate, and maybe you know the answer to this already Hurtin.
When I was researching I was under the impression that, at least according to Dr Staninger, it is important to use "diamond carbon filters." Now I was so desperately desiring to start the FIR RIGHT AWAY I did not research as much as I would have normally. I just knew that supposedly ppl had been helped following Dr S's instructions, so I paid more to get the one she mentions.
I assume there are others just as good, but I felt I did not have the time or "lifeforce" to make a mistake so I just got the one she said.
If the person building the sauna has time, they should probably check that. On the ohter hand, if you build the sauna yourself, maybe replacing panels is not that time consuming or costly.
The link to MPS I posted above also has a "guide" (what to look for in a FIR sauna) that everyone might want to check out. The info applies to any FIR sauna. I found it very helpful. |
