It has been awhile since you have been here. So sorry that you are feeling so ill. I know what you mean about lumps and how much they can hurt. I had some on my lower legs which are improving with the use of some new herbs from my TCM practitioner which is cleaning out the liver and colon areas. I think colon cleansing helps get a lot of the toxins from the body and it could be a direction to think about if you are strong enough (the heart issue could mean you are too weak and you should probably okay something like this first). There is also colonic irrigation by some alternative practitioners. I know these parasites can get in the heart as when I was first sick my heart used to palpitate. Herbs helped that too. I do not know what you can afford, but if you can find someone who knows about herbs, either a Western herbalist or a TCM acupuncturist you might find some help.
