Kritts, I think I have tried every diet known to man. LOL! I do know that water is essentail to weight lose, and that I don't drink nearly enough. I could probably quote you the calorie content of most foods from memory (that is if I still had a memory). Tried low carb...ERK! I think calorie counting is probably better. And yep I got the big belly too. That seemed to happen over night! My pants were suddenly tight in the waist and I did notice my stomach was extended. I couldn't believe how fast that happened and didn't go away. It was in my way!

I had never had much of a stomach and there this thing was! I have always been small waisted so that was something I had to get used to.
We certainly have to adjust to a lot of things don't we? XO DD
