I read in one study the average M weight gain is something like 30 or 40 pounds, but like you I gained more.
Mine is starting to go back to normal now. In my case, it appears the M totally changed my endocrine system. I grew HAIR on my forehead, temples, cheeks, and neck, and gained a billion pounds.
I finally found out at the $500 dollar a visit private doctor
that among other things my thyroid was not working properly. I had no iodine at all. He had me start taking Iodoral which is helping LOTS.
Also, I think once I get my FIR sauna it will detoxx me enough to get off all the extra weight and go back to normal. Toxins bind w fat. As we release the toxins it is easier to release the fat.
So, all I know so far is get yoru thyroid and iodine checked if possible. (I think most doctors dont know about the iodine thing. I'm not sure.) And keep trying to detox.
