It's not one or the other - Oz or Ventura. Anyone we can get to help us shine the light on this condition - and YES - coverup, the better off we will be.
I'm not a fan of either, but I am a fan to some degree of anyone who has the $$, means, and desire to uncover that which has been covered.
I write emails and letters all the time to doctors, scientists, activists, etc. Once in awhile I even get a response. Who else is going to bring the pressure on and force disclosure and research but us? Our dermatologists?
