I've also been wondering about this and intend to ask on the MMS website my question.
MMS is supposed to be activated by lemon juice, apple cider vinegar or the activator you can buy from them, and then you wait 3 minutes and drink (chased by apple juice or something).
Yet my bottle states to add 1-5 drops to a gallon of water and let sit 24 hours before drinking. That's to purify water. I'm wondering why it doesn't have to be activated as it does when we use it to kill pathogens in our systems. This makes no sense to me.
Which is it? confused
Also I think it would be a good idea to keep all the MMS posts in one thread, don't you?
