The lymphatic system is a central component of the immune system and protects the body by draining and filtering out waste. Anything we can do to encourage vital and active lymph drainage is an important component of health. Also, I try to eat healthy organic foods as much as possible. I pay attention to the ingredients & preservatives on the food labels. Do NOT eat at food chains (Mcdonalds, sonic, applebies, olive garden, arbies.....) they all have so many additives and enhancers that our bodies do not recognize!
