There must be a connnection between the permitherin -or the springtails. I think my problem started with mites/lice. i also used permitherin to
b the house, on my body with Rid/Nix -which did not work to rid the lice. i finally smothered them with olive oil/mayo/garlic/hot paprika/used tee tree oil/vinegar for rinse. I have bathed in borax/salt-and they are diminishing in numbers. I use tape-remove them and observe them under microscope. I am doing experiments to see what liquid eradicates them-I think the salt may do so as I think they are a bacteria/worm-not a fiber.
Interesting that nurses and teachers get this the most-I am a teacher.
