markthebuilder read the link I attached. it is quite interesting. keep in mind you are fillng half a size zero capsule it is probably a 1/8 of a teaspoon max and drinking half gallon of water almost with it. I have tried thousands of dollars of stuff. THIS..is WORKING. you need to kill slow though as I tried too fast and toxins from critters dying too fast made me sick. I through up first time 3 minutes after taking large larvae was iNSANE. I have not through up since and actually (gasP) went out today to mall.. now I have dead critters all undernails and skin. the smell is insane. smell like a garden shop. LOL
