I haven't tried it, but I have found the "snakes" seem to like any natural fabric. The only things i have found that they do not like are:

100% poly
elasticin
and my mega hypoallergenic pillow cover.

Also, it seems like the thread is cotton in a lot of these non-cotton products. When we can get non cotton thread that is a lot better.
