Welcome to MDR! certainly what you've mentioned fits morgellons.
The granules can look abit like salt granules and also white/clear flakes in hair are often reported too as well as tiny spheres that may look abit like dandruff.
Maybe get a flash torch and hold it to your hair in a mirror - this should tell you more. The filaments often look like carpet lint. Checking any black surfaces in your home may give you further clues on this.
Start some treatments and see if you notice any other signs...
