I had things like on your fingers several months ago(middle of summer) ,,but nothing as large as your toe.
I actually forced/purged the finger growths out of fingertips by soaking my wrists(not hands) with Dollar General Original antiseptic mouth rinse(GOLD color)..
After about two minutes of this "soaking"9Keeping wet) fibers,,sprouts,,and seeds
came out of my finger tips,,as well as in between my fingers..
There is something in the mouthwash,,that this stuff cant stand,,menthol ,and eucalyptol I would guess..
You might try wetting just the knuckle to see if you can purge it on out...
