It's not that difficult, stick with organic Atkin's type diet and kiss the sweets/ colas goodbye. It does help alot. read your labels! You can still for example eat Morning O's from Whole Foods with a banana and Organic non fat once a week. Pretend you are on weight watchers and count your carb/sugar points. Sugar is worse than carbs. I only weigh 105 so I am super careful about stuffing my face and keeping sugar free.
