It seems a lot of European countries are far more on top of the potential harm from these new technologies. It is mind blowing that any public policy would rush into using using them without thorough consideration and testing.
Is it naivete? Failure to learn from past mistakes? Or is there a true malignancy in these decisions? I guess only time will tell.
