Hi Kat,
My daughter has no signs of having "M". Maybe I stopped it in time for her... but I will always feed her healthy food and make sure she gets plenty of exercise outdoors where the sun shines (vitamin D).
We meditate and pray.
I still have small lesions and nematodes in my menses, intestines, buggars, ... ya know?! But the "M" doesn't affect me like it used to. No creepy crawlies, black specks, glitter, or fibers, moving biting hair, sore muscles or joint pain... no more suicidal tendencies or anxiety attacks, whew!!! Those were bad.
I've learned to co-exist with the "M". It doesn't make me sick anymore, but I know it is still in me. I remember the bad times.
Support groups are important. Let's figure this "M" out and continue to help each other!
Itwl,
~jonsi
