On "The View" this morning Dr. Oz (from the Oprah show) stated that
vitamin D is the best defense we have to fight this flu.
Here's another viewpoint:
For people who have light skin, it takes only 10-20 minutes of sunshine to get a good dose of vitamin D. If you have dark skin you should take supplements.
This sounds much healthier that taking the H1N1 vaccine. I'm very afraid of any vaccine and will never allow my daughter to get a shot again.
