Well, it's a good idea, but for me it is not practical with the time limitations. I would have to spend effort each day pasting and emailing, then go sort back thru... I would even have to keep track of the continuing new comments every few hours. I couldn't wait until right b4 the thread disappears because I have no way of knowing when that will be.
I would prefer to keep pursuing until the issue is resolved because for me it is important the information spent time on is reliably recorded and accessible. If there is a technical error it can be resolved. If not, it is best to know so each person can decide how to proceed. |
