I use eco-vie and bug arrest. You can purchase eco-vie from
Morgellons Skin, Sovereign Silver, NutraSilver, Essential Oils, Diffusers - Gene's All Natural Products .
Bug arrest is much cheaper. Call your local pet stores to see if they carry it.
Anyways, you dilute these products with water and spray your environment, clothes, vehicle, pets, spider webs, your-self (whatever!) and let it evaporate.
Ph is important too. And stay away from junk food and all fast food!
An ionic air filter has helped us too.
